Eph 2:1-2: And you were dead in your trespasses and sins, in which you formerly walked according to the [fn]course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience.
Eph 2:5: even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),
Col 2:13: When you were dead in your transgressions and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our transgressions,
Rom 3:23: for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Rom 3:10-12: as it is written,
"There is none righteous, not even one;
There is none who understands,
There is none who seeks for God;
All have turned aside, together they have become useless;
There is none who does good,
There is not even one.”
Psalm 14:2-3: The Lord looks down from heaven on all mankind; to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God.; All have turned away, all have become corrupt; there is no one who does good, not even one.; (Repeated in Psalm 53:2-3)
Jer 17:9: "The heart is more deceitful than all else
And is desperately sick;
Who can understand it?
